I've generally enjoyed the food and atmosphere here, and the prices can't be beat for the quality (especially during lunch) - but there was an occasion on my third visit where I had a very unpleasant experience. 

A date and I ordered two different beef-only dishes. The waitress asked if we wanted them spicy, and we said yes. When we got our meals, neither of them were correct and cost more than what we ordered. My date decided to just eat his, but I told the waitress that my order was incorrect - I got some kind of delight dish that has shrimp in it - I am allergic to shellfish. She raised her voice at me and said that I wanted it spicy, so therefore I must have been mistaken. I pointed to the meal I said to her in the first place and she continued to insist I was wrong. My date and a couple sitting near us (who were not digging their meal) agreed that the waitress was erroneous.

But eventually, she agreed to take the food away without charging for it, and I just decided to get a different meal with chicken that turned out so-so. The experience ruined my image of the rare Chinese restaurant that had food I sincerely enjoyed and excitedly recommended to others, and neither him nor I have been back since then.

Did not get silverware with my to-go order, which is pretty annoying when you're not going home to eat. Dumplings were old, the wonton had gotten all thick and gummy and the bottoms weren't crispy at all. Main dish of chicken and shrimp was tolerable at best, but definitely not anything I'd choose to go back for.

We love Jasmine Pavilion! The food is amazing. Not too oily, has real flavor, and always quick. The staff are friendly and attentive. My wife and I love their Sizzling entrees, specifically the Sizzling Mongolian Beef and the Sizzling Double Delight. My wife is addicted to the Crab Rangoon and Jasmine tea. Their take-out is also very quick.

Great little find, first time here. We all enjoyed our choices, great portion sizes too. 2 of us were able to get 2 meals out of our options. Loved the cute plates the food was served on as well. We ordered the jasmine tea, (very fresh); Crab Rangoon’s (good amount of filling in each), Jasmine Honey Walnut Shrimp (excellent, will order again); Kung Pao Triple Delight (good level of spice, be prepared); and Jasmine Sizzling Double Delight (very good).
