This place is always packed, but do not run away if you see it full because the line always moves incredibly fast. Best Chipotle I've been to. Always friendly faces and they're quick and accurate. Love this place! Oh, and the food is outstanding!

Decently clean for the busyness. Workers were courteous, effecient, and NOT on their phones. Tasty food and the two workers I asked were knowledgeable of what had gluten in it. I'm intolerant and get stick from it easily so that's huge for me. I threw the cashier off and one make line crew unintentionally, thankfully neither were rude. I'm not a huge fan of this chain, but I would eat at this location again!

Ordered online for 730 pickup, they said their system crashed and I waited until 750 to get my burrito bowl. Very little to no communication from the workers, I get stuff happens but customer service was very subpar. Was offered nothing for the inconvenience

I never have any issues when I go in person. Everyone is friendly and the food always tastes great. The issue is when you order online. They don't seem to fill the burritos/bowls as much as when you go in person. The last time I ordered online there were maybe 7 or 8 little pieces of lettuce and small pinch of cheese.  It hasn't been one time thing either. Seems like they consistently skimp on online orders.
