Food is good but I suggest checking you're order before you get home. They have messed up my order 2x forcing me to return to their store. Then after handing me the missing item a sarcastic remark was spoken to me asking me if I wanted to check to make sure every thing was there before I left.

 Its a matter of listen to the customer instead of continuing to play with other staff we need your attention not your attention deficit

Ordered for dine in, simply forgot my order. Assumed I was waiting for something to cook. When I went to the counter 15 minutes later, no explanation or any kind of apology/offer of anything for my time. An apology and an apple pie would've saved the negative review!

The food was fresh and tasty. It looks like they also have some good deals during the week. Everything was also clean and tidy and the sit down area felt comfortable. 

My only complaint is that the food took a lot longer than expected to come out and then I had to ask for sauces again after they forgot them the first time.

Cashier couldn't be bothered to even great us. Just walked up to the cash registered and stared at us. Nice. 1st time they botched our order, this time we didn't even get that far. My suggestion would be to invest in customer service training.

Great service and fried chicken. Seemed a little greasier and smaller  portions but still great tasting chicken.
