Jazzercise is one of the most exciting and fun ways to exercise!!! The instructors are fabulous!!! This is a must do activity!

This is a great class and Meredith is a fantastic instructor! I started jazzercising little more than a year ago because I wanted to improve my fitness. I sit in front of a computer all day at work and I'm terrible at maintaining a gym routine by myself so I was looking for a group workout class. I came across Jazzercise Menlo Park which is close to my workplace and was hooked from the first class. The dance moves were challenging and fun at the same time. I could barely get through that first session since I'd not had any exercise for more than a year before that. But Meredith was encouraging, the other people who attend the class were friendly and welcoming, and I've kept up my thrice-a-week Jazzercise routine for more than a year now! Everybody in the class seems to be fit and happy, the music is new and interesting and the moves give a great workout. Added to all this is the convenient and safe location with lots of parking, and very reasonable class pricing. All in all, a big win and comes highly recommended!
