Finally found a good happy hour joint in the area that goes past 6pm (some of us work more than 8 hours a day dude!) Yummy cocktails for $5 -- very good for the area. Sweet potato fries were great and am awesome value. Will def return. Disclaimer: we are from vegas. Yes....that's important for happy hour perspective.

When the Rosewood closes down after last call (around midnight), The Patio is THE place to go to for the "after party". Largely filled with the local Stanford college kids, this place is hopping with good music and a lively and fun crowd. People of all ages were there partying, dancing and enjoying the music. They also have a great backyard/outdoor space. Worth going!

A good place to have a nice casual after work get together with colleagues or friends from a specific group. Happy Hour priced drinks and nice appetizers in a patio atmosphere.

I was harassed by almost every security guard for absolutely no reason...probably because I'm not stereotypically white. Then, when a patron harassed me and my friends, we were removed and not the individuals who were making racist and sexual slurs. Honestly, I've never experienced such a modern place of segregation.

Best place to go out in Palo Alto. The main room has a nice dancefloor, while you can always go to the Patio in the back to have an actual conversation. It sometimes takes a while before you are served at the bar, but drinks are generally good and priced fair. Entrance fee is usually 5$ but can go up if they are full.
