The "Red Zone! Yep, the 50% to 80% sales." 😁 Who doesn't love it? There's always sales at JCPenney and I love the sound of that. But my favorite time of the year to shop is during the first three weeks of April just when the spring season starts. I've noticed that clothes, mainly, that were "à la mode" the previous year are losing their price values around that time. So who am I to judge? 🤔 Just like "stocks," when they're the prices take a dive, that's when you buy. I try to shop smartly! 😁 Also there're additional online or e-mail coupons to lower your checkout "happy ending price." I rarely go to Customer Service unless I need a price check. Staff is friendly. Checkout line is a breeze in the particular branch. The one in the Green Acres Mall sucks. But I would definitely recommend this store here to anyone on a budget.

I was looking for a thermal type jacket to wear since it has been getting cooler outside. I saw that Columbia jackets were having a sale so I went looked and picked out one of the jackets. However I saw the size I choose did not match he price it said would be discounted. I wanted to make sure that this would be included in the promotion, however since they took out all of their price checks I had no choice but to resort to asking an associate. As I asked the associate if she worked there, since she was not wearing a name tag but folding clothes, she rollers her eyes as she said yes. I then continued to ask if there was a way I could get a price check on my jacket to see if it really was on sale. She told me to go online to figure it out, mind you I was not done shopping and the line was practically all around the woman's clothing area. I asked if it was necessary to have to wait on such a long line for a quick check of the price and the associate continues to give me attitude and made no attempt to help me out. It was then I decided to forgo the jacket, if it wasn't on sale there would have been no point in me wasting my time on a 20min line..hence me trying to get a price check. I had already tried to find another line earlier however that was the only line available on the floor. I was so disappointed with the customer service, this is the second time I had come to this store and received bad customer service. JCPenny really needs to bring back the price check scanner, so stupid to take it away and make people stand on the lines to find the price.

Having a apointment by jcpenney means absolutely nothing we had a apointment for 3 and are waiting already 40 minutes so far MAD! Oh don't you ever dare arrive 2! minutes late cuz they'll make you come back cuz there vary on time............ what a mess of place But the lady that took the pictures is amazing in all aspects .

This is a great JCPenny location. The store seems very organized, clean, and friendly staff. The sales are great however I know for a fact that there are bigger sales at OTHER JCPenny locations at times and this store does not have those sales in place here as well. Not sure if this is due to management or due to something else just please be aware of this. Overall a positive shopping experience is to be expected at this location.
