First, I would like to say that the one star DOES NOT focus on the entire Macy's store at Queens Center Mall. The one star represents the ABSOLUTELY POOR SERVICE I experienced at the M.A.C. counter inside the store. I wish there was a way to give those 3 girls a ZERO! I walk up to the counter and the three "customer service reps" for lack of calling them worse stood there and continued their conversation as if I was not standing there. I patiently waited, then leaned forward a little like, "ok, maybe they really don't see me standing here" and still no response or a acknowledgement. I wait a little bit more, then I say, "Hi, can one of you get something for me?" They all look at me with disgusted faces like 'how dare I interrupt them' them one asks what I needed. I told her and she walked over, looked in the drawer quickly and said, "we don't have that!" with a rude tone in her voice. I figured that would be the answer since I "cut their conversation short"... I wanted to find a manager and make a complaint, but I was so upset I just left the store. The reason they have the job is to serve and please the customer. If the customers are NOT HAPPY, that's bad for business and reputation. I should have been welcomed with a greeting. Those girls should not work there if they're going to have nasty attitudes when customers approach. I should not have to beg them to take my money! Sincerely, Disgusted Unsatisfied Customer

I found a jacket for a penny but instead jose charge me $96.20. The manager start with j refuse to honor it as well. If the label shows it for that price they must honor! They made the label because it goes back to the warehouse. Anyways they suck the guys in one dept are just sitting there chilling and he refuse to ring me up!!

Yesterday I ordered 4 things from the Macy's at rego park to pick up. It was written that if I ordered by 3 PM, I would be able to go pick it up that same day. I didn't get any form of notifications that I could go pick it up. So today, I called and they said that it should be ready today. I went in just for them to tell me that it's not ready. It's urgent that I get it today, but no one from Macy's has emailed or texted me to go pick up my order. I call again, and either the phone continuously rings for 2 minutes with no answer telling me to try the department again, or the line just automatically cuts. I've already tried 5 times and it's simply unprofessional for them to do this. When someone does pick up, without even listening to what I have to say, they simply transfer the line as quick as possible, (with no answer) forcing me to call back multiple times. This is very ignorant and the fact that no one even properly heard me out, or even answered my calls shows how they don't care for their customers. I am very disappointed, and will never again place another order at Macy's.

I went there Christmas shopping Sunday afternoon, I was looking for a leather watch for my mother and it has to be Fossil. I had already searched online and had the one, first I had to wait because the guy was helping someone he realized I was waiting (25 min) and didn't even asked if I needed help. He had finished with the costumers that didn't even buy anything he turned around I had to catch his attention, once I asked him for a specific watch and showed him the picture he turn around and said "oh Fossil is right behind me you can go see if it's there" and turned around. I had already checked and it wasn't there that's why I asked him. I had my card ready to pay but decided to leave he was so rude. Now I have to go somewhere else.
