I've been to the store since I was a kid. I interviewed here In Separate occasions with Asian managers and each time did not get hired. Since I had worked at a different location & the manager knew me she hired me on the spot because I had worked for Macy's for over 4 years so she knew I had what it took. I understand this location is predominantly Asian, but to have employees that can barely speak English & won't give other candidates the opportunity although they clearly have the traits you need is unfair. At least give candidates a reason why you didn't hire them, don't just tell them we will call you and never do. I am bilingual in Spanish which this area does have high volume Spanish customers too & it is frustrating for them as well.

This is a neighborhood Macy's so it doesn't have a huge variety of brands. I only come here if I need to. They added a lot of new brands because of the influx of number of high paying customers. So it was once a dump where everything was unorganized just 5 years ago. Almost always crowded during night, doesn't matter which nights. Staff is very nice though.

I go almost every night after work and it's usually enough room to move around. I ALWAYS FIND WHATEVER I see online and they have shoes in my size. LOVE MACYS

This Macy's is huge and has a large selection of products. Quality varies by brand, and there are a lot of brands to explore. The staff are very nice and reasonable to speak to.

I wanted to do something nice for my Mother this Christmas/birthday for her. I ordered her a winter coat and boats from Macy’s online. I got a great promotion which I was thankful for but, once it it shipped it became a nightmare the package was stolen the first round @UPS. Macys re shipped the items but unfortunately it did not fit. She went to the flushing Macy’s in New York City to exchange the items and had the item confiscated because in the system it showed as returned. I received a call from her embarrassed and confused. I had to talk to the representative as professional as I can so she can give the items back so I can just deal with customer service. I have been a Macys loyal customer and cardholder for 15 plus years I’m irate and frustrated with what they put my mom though.
