Wow. And I mean wow. I went with my mom a older adult. One of the things she picked up was a zap bulb for the mosquitos for the summer. She asked if they can make sure that the bulb works. (I mean why not they make sure xmas lights work most times) and the argument after that was the worst. One of the cashiers said no one in the store can help you with that and rudely went to snatch the items off the counter at checkout. I told her nooo. My mom wants the items. Long story short. This is what I was told. If we take the items home and it don't work we can't return it. I said okay. What's wrong with checking the item in store?? They don't stand by their products. No customer service at all. At the end my mom did end up buying the item. But I was so discouraged to pick up anything else at this store. I even contacted cooperate. They need better cashiers better customer service. She needs to be working another job. Because her attitude after this was as if she was paying for it. And the point of you working their is to help sell items. It would be a long time before I go to any telco stores. Cooperate if your reading this. I would love to talk to you. I'm still waiting on my call back from my message with the number I had to google

🙄 I don't shop at Telco but my wife does. That's the reason for the 3-star rating review. As shown below in the photos, both pair of shoes 👞👟 are $16.99 and $19.99. Although I don't care about name brands when I'm shopping, but their brand name, Bri X, is new to me. Before I purchase a pair of shoes 👞👞, I would always check their soles by pressing them with my fingers as to feel their quality. A good pair of shoes should last one a long while! If not, it's a waste of money and time. At least this is true for men. And that's the reason I always feel the sole of a shoe 👞 with me fingers before making any purchase. The soles of both pairs of shoes shoe 👞👞 are pretty solid for the price. - It's noticeable from normal traffic. - Wheelchair ♿ accessible entrance. - No FREE public parking for customers. - No public restroom 🚻 for customers. - Low price for low quality products. - It's huge and popular clothing store in NYC. - Clean premise. - Security Guard on duty. If you're on a budget and brand names do not matter to you, then Telco is a clothing 👗👚👖 store worth checking out. But JCPenney and Kohl's are my favorites.

These people are liars. Horrible customer service. Saw a mouse the other days by the men's shoes. Planning on calling sanitation. Bought a pair of pants here, when I got home I realized that the alarm piece was still on it. Came back a bit later to get a pair of shoes. Forgot that I was wearing the pair of pants that had the alarm piece on. I walked in and the alarm went off. They claimed that I stole the pants and wouldn't let me in the store without a receipt or if I left and changed. Also today I went and the place claims to close at 8pm I got there at 7:15 and they said I couldn't come in because they were closing. Mind you I was just returning a piece of clothing and really needed to return it. As I was talking to the person trying to figure out why they were closing they said that nobody was at the cash register, meanwhile people walked out the store from buying items. When I said then why were people coming out of the store? They started to close the gate as I was talking to them. I felt disrespected and I'm planning on doing something about it.

This is a store for both male and female , the clothes are cheap but good quality and their is always a sale but the downside is no changing room so u got to know your size

A nice store with a lot of great deals. I shop here off and on and I'm never not satisfied. It does crowd easily line wise. Sometime i wonder where all the people on line came from because the store never looks packed but the cashier line shows you different. It's clean and tidy so no complaints there and most of the employees are helpful and friendly.
