Needs a bit more organization. Customer service was good. Variety of merchandise not to bad. Would come shop here again.

Very frustrated with this store. Don't order online!  These people on their customer service line are rude and not a bit helpful. Sent wrong stuff, wrong sizes. Lady on the phone said they could not help me and that I was too late, even though i just recieved my order, Sent me to talk with supervisor and after 45 minutes waiting on the phone I hung up.

In the afternoon I found a beige women's handbag with gold clasps, it was next to the Levis pants and toys, I did not open it and I gave it to a saleswoman, it was a lady about 6 feet, but blonde, how between 40 and 45 years old and about 160 or 165 lb.
If someone forgot your wallet you can go there with her or if you want I can go tell who I gave it to.
I hope and if they have recovered it.

I will never shop at Greeley JC Penney ever again... Extremely RUDE customer service. Cashier Renee and manager Stephanie need to take a class on customer service!
