Terrible customer service! This location will be closing by the end of this year. Do not shop at this location. Period. They do not understand the simple most basic constructs of customer service... which is to service the customer.  They put their feelings ahead of the customers. They lack empathy, sympathy,  as well as interpersonal skills which are necessary for the service industry. Being threatened with security and given an ultimatum, " either sit down or I call security" by an employee of an establishment you've been a customer of for 6 years is uncalled for. This associate escalated the situation instead of diffusing and resolving the issue. The only person(s) who should be escorted off the premises the employees for stealing t-mobile customers and sending them to Sprint and Verizon. Save yourself the trouble and head over to a different location or a better carrier, because the employees do not care that you pay good money for terrible service all around. That includes coverage as well. Good riddance ya POS's.

Do not come to this tmobile. they are really rude and disrespectful!!!! I for example with NOT be back..... however if you do go here do NOT talk to Pedro nor Alex. they are both cocky and have an attitude! i recommend talking to Tawnya or Carlos!!!

Recently went to this kiosk in the mall. Long lines behind a lot of people and after having been here once already had to wait for them to fix their mistake of giving me the wrong receipt. I was given someone else's receipt and then when I went back to exchange the merchandise had the guy working there try to exchange my screen protector to the correct one then tried to send me on my way without first placing it on my phone for me as is a complimentary service if you go to any other tmobile in greeley or loveland. Needless to say I've been here an hour already and still waiting in line to be helped with putting on my screen protector after having been told to wait for service. Needless to say I am not happy with the service I have received here and I will never be coming here again.

Great place, really small.  I needed a new phone and Mike the manager took care of the difficult process of getting a new phone with ease and confidence.  I was upset walking into the mall and pleasantly surprised how he gave me the best advice.

Great experience. Very welcoming environment with sales associates who care about your cellular needs. I recommend this store to all of my friends!
