Went in to purchase a shirt I knew was on sale. Brought it to the cashier who then described it as the wrong price. When I said that isn't what the sign said, she looked at me like it was my fault. When I said that I'll just take a picture of the sign, she said good because she didn't want to walk. Once I showed her a picture, she thought I was then going to purchase. I didn't an will not buy from JCPenny again. Poor service with a poor attitude and a higher price isn't a business model that works longterm.

Don't waste your time on the salon part. Twice I went in there for a guy's haircut, and twice I got turned away. The first time I went in there, the lady asked if I could come back later. The second time, a lady was playing on her phone & I went unnoticed for at least 5 minutes, then she sighed when I told her I wanted a haircut, and said earliest appointment was 2:30, and it looked as though she was the only one there. The store is great, but don't visit the salon, especially if you're a guy.
