Always come over here to shop for clothes. Lots of great brands to choose from! With bring a member, the more you spend, the more coupons they'll send you! Most coupons aren't for name brands such as Levi's, Vans, Nike, etc. But there's lots of other awesome brands like Izod and St John's Bay (this is going off the men's selection, not too sure what brands are for women besides Lee's). You can get some furniture and kitchen appliances as well there!

I've always been a fan of JCP, and this store send to always have clearance in the big and tall section. Would love it if the staff acted as though life weren't ending tomorrow, so glum

Worst Delivery company ever!

I ordered a mattress and payed for delivery here in Utah mid November from JCPenney. They didn't contact me in the time frame they estimated, in fact they contacted me a month later. When I tried talking to them (after 3 attempts, left a message to call back each time and they never did) they said they couldn't schedule a delivery out until January but they would have to get someone else to schedule that in a week when the schedule was out. I asked them to call me asap because I'd already been waiting for 5 weeks to even talk to them. They promised they would do a follow up call asap once that schedule was released to schedule so I was first scheduled. I received a call two days ago and have attempted to call them back 5 times (leaving a message each time to call me back, which they never did) I finally get a through to a representative after being on hold for 10-15 minutes and the lady is one of the saltiest representatives I have ever had the pleasure to speak with. She was rude, demeaning and obviously hated her job. I proceeded to ask politely, even though by this point I was furious, to finalize the schedule of my mattress. She says the first available appointment isn't until 17th of January, obviously I voice my concerns with the company and the way they are conducting there business at being inadequate and she just says sorry and  puts me on a hold for 2 minutes. Really? why?! She didn't address my concerns or give me a real apology for the headache this has caused. In the end I got my mattress scheduled for delivery 2 and a half months later then expectancy! After reading these other comments, I'm seriously concerned I'll even get my mattress on the day of delivery that I scheduled. 

I plan on voicing my experience on every platform so other consumers can avoid this company. I will also be voicing my opinion to JCPenney directly so they can hopefully choose a better delivery service.
