I love it!! They have such adorable clothes and a lot of great shoes too. It is a men's and women's and children's store. They have athletic wear and formal wear too. They have  towels and stuff for bathrooms.

There were two cashiers. One was helping two ladies with about 20 items, who after having all their stuff ringing up wanted to use two separate coupons and were going to have to delete all their purchases and start over. The second cashier finished helping one person, saw me in line and then walked away to speak to a co-worker who was just leaving there from their shift. After standing there for 10 minutes I went to the cashier at the other side of the store. The wait there was only minutes but upon having my one item rang up, and trying to use my 40% off mystery coupon, I was informed that I had to use my Kohl's card in order to use the coupon. The coupon came via email and I don't even have a Kohl's account, so why would they send me one if I couldn't use it?  The cashier said to read the small print which I already had, but there was no arguing with stupid.   So I left the store and went home to place my order. Shocker!  I used my 40% off AND paid with MasterCard. What a total waste of time at the store. The only reason I went to the store in the first place was to be able to pick up my item without waiting.

Great selection of stylish clothes, jewelry, shoes and housewares.  Great service. Love that most everything is always marked down. Love their Kohl's cash and that it can be used with other offers. Super customer service. Only negative: their in-store kiosk is not the easiest to use. But, it's worth the free shipping.

Simply, their stock sucks.ive been there several times and they are missing a size for my kid in several items even though they have plenty of all the other sizes. The same thing has happened when looking for me or my wife. We only go into the store because it's close and we need something quick. It's a waste of time 80% of the time. There's also hardly anyone working so it's near impossible to get some help. When I do find someone, they're from another area and can't really help. There's no one in the store from that department to help either so I don't get help.

Nice store. Was somewhat frustrating because a lot of the items I was looking at were not marked with prices. The little digital signs seemed to be misplaced.
