They have closed the regular dressing rooms and are forcing customers to use two portable dressing rooms. Two dressing rooms are completely inadequate to meet the needs our customers. My three daughters and I had plenty to try on, but we didn't have that much time to waste waiting for an open room.

I love this ross because it is close to where I live but they always seem be waiting for shipment to come in.

Ross is a great place to dress for less. However it feels like a prison yard to somone accustomed to first world problems. Everything is tagged, bagged, watched, and cumbersome. The door greeter is not there to greet you, they're there (ha) to say "I got my eye on you mister". If you find a treasure or two plan on 20 minutes of your life being invested in price tag and residue removal. I now factor this into the purchase price and have left items on the shelf as it wasn't worth the headache of removing the tag, thank the powers for clamshell packaging. Though I kid you not I have seen price tags on handles and the like of parts that are exposed aside of the clamshell package (REALLY) oie. They like to put those security nails through waterproof jackets as well as areas that seem not thought out on other garments. Example: I went to try on gloves and could not as they put the security orb through the hole where your hand goes... Huh. Another, and my personal favorite is trying on shoes. They shackle them together like 2 guys on death row waiting for prison transport. Don't take a step or even stand up with them on as your liable to propel your face towards the floor at break neck speeds. Of course if you are in luck, the kind you take to Vegas, they will have 2 of the same pair. So you can strut down the aisle looking like your legs were just married as the extra shoe from the two pairs twirls and thumps with each step.

I live very close to this store and can go walking. I've been here many times. Fitting room is always closed🙄Many times I spent time (30 minutos or more) choosing clothes, went to fitting room and a big sign would say: CLOSED. When not, the store closes at 10:30 (I think in winter earlier) but they closed fitting room at 7pm. So you get to the store, you already now that the fitting room could be closed, by 80% chance, you forgot that many times🙄but now you remember! Then you enter, you go straight to fitting room this time and check it out before choosing clothes. Alright so this time is open, yes! Then you go back with a bunch of close and fitting room is closed again! Cause they close at 7pm. Oh but wait, I came other times at 11am and 1pm... and it was closed too. Goodness! Other than that the store ir fine is very close to me and that way I keep coming. I least I walk a little be.
