Customer service is bad. Called up looking for a certain item. She told me they had it in stock but didn't know where it was located in the store. So I went there and searched and searched, but couldn't find it. Tried asking employees but couldn't find any. Just a ghost town. Ended up leaving empty handed after about an hour. Ordered the item I needed from Amazon. Would have been nice to get it right that instant in town, not going to target agian. I now understand why target is losing sales....

To be honest I’m kind of disappointed. I love shopping at target and I love target all together, but this afternoon while I was shopping an employee said, “You can leave, but if you are buying something then buy it and leave. This is not a playground.” I wasn’t causing any problems, just minding my own business then she comes up to me. I’m really sad and don’t think I will be shopping here for a little bit.

Went to this target on Black Friday and shopped for several items that were on sale. When we went to check out, multiple items rung up not on the sales price that were posted on the floor and they did nothing about it. Check your receipts.

It's ALWAYS hot in this store and there are never enough checkers. This little Target has so much potential you be amazing. #walmartstatus

The customer service is the reason I am rating so low for this starbucks. We came up to the front counter and waited very patiently for 2-3 minutes and I had to walk to the back door and ask the lady if the store was still open. She replied abruptly yes I will be right out which was fine, having worked fast food I understand the pressures of having to put an order away and being the only person to help customers so I had empathy. However after waiting an additional minute for her to come up front I also politely waited for her to sign in to a register and she just stared at me and when I finally asked if she was ready to take my order she said, "yeah I'm waiting on you" in a very rude tone. I was extremely disappointed in her demeanor and attitude towards me as I was being very polite and I did not feel like I pressured her at all.
