The staff was really nice and helped us find everything we needed. This woman named Jules was extremely helpful and super nice and was very patient when we had trouble with our credit card. Very great costumer service and definitely coming back.

BAD BAD CUSTOMER  SERVICE ON NEw YEARS EVE cashier had a bad attitude rolling her eyes like she hated her job ..I WAS TREATED WITH SO MUCH DISRESPECT I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO JCPENNEY. .THEY DO NOT HONOR SALE PRICE ON TAGS,MANAGER WITH BLACK HAIR HEAVY SET THAT WAS ON DUTY 12-31 AT 4 PM WAS RUDE AND CARELESS DID NOT BOUGHTER TO LISTEN TO YOU JUST CUT YOU OFF AND SAYS WHAT HE WANTS TO INSTEAD OF LISTENING. ..AND WHY HAVE A PHONE IF THEY NEVER ANSWER LITERALLY NEVER  SO WHAT'S THE POINT OF JCPENNY HAVING A PHONE IF EMPLOYEES REFUSE TO ANSWER IT....WILL NEVER GO BACK BAD SERVICE BY EMPLOYEES MANAGER ,NOT ORGANIZED N THEY LAUGH IN YOUR FACE NEVER AGAIN!!!!@!@!

I had really bad experience with my pictures The lady did not have experience taking pictures :( my pictures are really bad

I had a 1 year old order that I needed to exchange for a smaller size. The staff was very helpful in getting me an exchange. It took a while since they had to do quite a few things to make sure I could return my online order, find the correct item online in my size and order it for me while trying to get me the same price I paid a year earlier. They even gave me a coupon code and found the best deal which ended up saving me $4. I really appreciated how each staff member I spoke to (4) took the time out to hear my situation and help me as best they could. The store itself has an entrance through the mall and outside with its own parking lot. Everything inside was nice, clean, and organized. Great JC Penney and even better staff

Customer service here is a nightmare. When I couldn't get help at a register I even tried calling the store from the register and could not get anyone to answer the phone.
