Just ok. Employees are over worked. They look so "over it".  
The feeling of being overwhelmed starts upon walking in. Just too much stuff. They need to scale back a little and have a good visual marketer or like come in a reformat the layout. 

Seems a little disorganized. The way they price items is confusing. Having to use my discount calculator sucks. 
Yes, I'm that lazy when I go shopping. Its suppose to be a fun activity and it ends up being a stressful outing with the hubby. We almost always end up bickering after leaving here. Never happens when we go to The Rack. Just saying.

Women's bathroom is always so dirty.  The stall doors and sink water dispenser do not work.  You will be lucky if there is toilet paper, papertowels, and soap the day you visit.  There is a remodeled fitting room next to the bras that customers are not allowed to use.  Instead we are directed to an old fitting room with on 3 stalls and always messy.

I ordered a ring online and they told me it would be a week than i tried calling to see where the order was and tried calling the jewelery i literally had to call 12 times to get an answer and than after she told me it would be there by thursday and everytime i called they would tell me well call you no worries so now its been two weeks and i tried calling 6 times NO ANSWER LIKE ALWAYS. I Had to call customer service in Milwaukee just so she can TELL ME MY ORDERS BEEN READY !!!!!! Horrible Horrible !!!

JC Penny will more than likely be the next giant retailer to fall, there stores are falling by the wayside and are in much need of repair. Finding help if you have a question is next to impossible and if you do find someone they are too busy surfing the Internet on company computers and often don't even look up at you when you are talking to them.
