Horrible customer service. I never write reviews but today, I was blow away. One line only for purchases and returns. The line was wrapped around the front and side of store!!! I went in for a bridal return, mind you, I've already brought in hundreds of dollars to the company by registering with them. I walk in with heavy items on my hands and go to the counter that indicates bridal returns and I'm told rudely go wait in line! WTH!

Ive always relied on the francise for my deodorant, bed sheets, hair brushes, hell even cutting boards are awesome here. Plus the coupon game develops here, this is defenitly where young men and women come from all around the world to initiate along the path to max coupon efficiency.

This store is a mess! The bath section is so unorganized, and every item from bath accessories is missing something or broken! Very disappointed. Customer service could be better as well!

Was at BB&B at 2:19 P.M. line was all the way to the hair products, only waited 10 minutes fast service for a long line.

This place was clean and the prices were decent. The customer service was very helpful helping out customers when it came to promotion stuff. Overall I would recommend.
