Got in line, I was the 8th person and I walked out. Left wondering why they took out the customer service check out at the back of the store they used to have years ago. Now it's just wasted space. What they have there now can put in the women's department and have extra check out. It's terrible  every time I go. Now I think I'm not going back.

Went to store today, Big signs on door "store wide sale save 50% to 70%"
Found men's underwear in my size, package price $29, with buy one, get one 50% off. At register scans $39, with 2nd at $19.50. Cashier says whatever it scans at, "that's the price". Wife found slacks marked $40 sign said 40% off if you spend $40 on regular priced apparel, etc. What Sale? Didn't buy in store. Will do our shopping some where else online. Don't shop there, they just don't care if they lose a sale, lack price accuracy, deceptive "Sale" signs. Not happy to say the least.

Store was a mess.  Tables were piles of clothes.  I was looking for 2x size in men's and a 36 inch waist.  Good luck.  I can't ever find this most popular size any where for men.  Get with it whoever is ordering sizes. Please order more. 36s!   And 2x sizes.  Thanks

I went  to J C Penney last week with  my wife  and I like it.   So we went  back  again this week ,  and we love  your prices.
