I've been a customer for a while now and I have only been coming to this location for sometime now only because it was the only store around my house, until I decided to look for another one and I found it, the store is at the Quad shopping center next to staples, take my advice try out this store the staff is great, and there's hardly ever a wait, they don't tell you accessories are free but then add them to your bill, or tell you lies about not being able to take your payment and send you to a machine, no wonder the store at the Quad has a better rating.

Bought the iPhone 7 plus two days ago it's horrible it fell from 3 inches and the screen broke in 4 places and scratched in 2 places even though the advertisement clearly says it's resistant up to 6 feet that's a lie. Called sprint store to see if I can return it because it's overall horrible and they said no even though no where on my recipes does it say no returns if damaged the service is horrible and always will be. Streaming sucks and buffers constantly will sit here for long periods of time and cannot get Netflix to work. Constantly losing signal overall sprint suck would rather pay extra money for att. Was also initially told it would cost about $100 for the phone then ended up paying $215. The phone sucks and so does the customer service.
