Can get good deals using the points program and online specials..  Sad going in Sears anymore, stock is not deep anymore, shelves are thinned more than years back.  The board in years oast has ran the name into the ground.  They should stop the bleeding and just wrap it up while they can still get a dime out of the ashes....

can i rate this no stars? anyway, today my mom and i went in and purchased shirts that were on sale and a couple of gift cards. This lady named Gabby took over for this other young girl in the middle of the transaction. The shirts didn't show the sale on the screen so my mom told her about the sale and she was EXTREMELY rude and didn't even care to go check for the sale or change it to the correct price. She didn't pay any attention to us (the customer) but instead she fiddled around with her apple watch. Never go here. They are careless & extremely rude. These people are horrible employees.

Definitely lost its touch since I was a small girl. I used to love this place mainly because my dad loved it. But i Can not say one good thing about this store. Are they going out of business yet ?

Went to sears 25 minutes before they closed and as soon as I walked through the doors they lock it. Then they say it’s 10 til the hour for them to close. although it’s actually 20 til. Obviously they want to close on time but locking the door (with a gate!) is ridiculous. Had to walk farther just to get out. Bad service!
