I can’t even explain how pissed I am! I am an account holder and I clearly thought my account had some privacy on my account but apparently not here!!! I also thought only added authorized people can receive private information but paper entry this place just gives out your info as long as your in the same account!

Great customer service from Carlos. Was very patient and helpful, and did an excellent job of setting up new lines for me and my family. Felt bad for keeping him late on a Friday night, but he was friendly the entire time. Thank you, Carlos!
