I was visiting Nashville for the first time, and I was alone at 17 years old. While waiting for a troublesome taxi, the employees tried helping me by looking for Uber gift cards to use since the app wouldn't accept my payment. This certainly exceeded their service expectations and it pleased me to know many people still care about their customers to a greater extent than I've ever witnessed. And if the employees who helped see this, thank you again for your service.

Great prices and great staff! Never too crowded and I enjoy being there. School uniform shopping was easy, quick and and painless. Even with 3 children ages 5-11

It's official Kmart needs to close if Disneyland is the happiest place on Earth this is the saddest place on Earth. Somebody needs to take it over get rid of the crappy stores and try to do something to save Kmart. It's dying on the vine

This location is in need of a lot of TLC and inventory replenishment . I went in for 4 items and only 3 of the were in stock . Carpet shampoo✔ cheap paper towels nope puppy pads nope teal sheets . I can understand the sheet but everything was just out of stock . Iteams are not priced on the shelves and it looks like the cleaning crew jas been on a extneded vacation 😢Only hood thing about this store is the super friendly staff b/c the items are about 30% more than competitors.

Selection was very small, store was overly cluttered, staff also was fairly unhelpful and just watched me walk around the store many times looking for something. Fairly upset that this is the "supercenter" for Kmart and it was the same size as the regular one back home and this one had a terrible selection
