Country Bold: what's that, it's taking the natural goodness of fruit, herbs and spices, and fresh cut green beans with a nice breast tenderloin to make a tasty meal that's pleasing to the senses.  Not to mention the buttermilk biscuits on the side.  Eaten with some old fashioned iced tea and you've got a country party I your mouth...😎. I do have to mention since it goes without saying that I was there for more than the food.  I had a chance to observe the staff's interaction with each other and their guest.  I also had the opportunity to linger a while in their country store, I mean, who wouldn't...there are as it is with all Cracker Barrels a plethora of things to look at and choose.  I found the store staff engaging and helpful when I explained a situation that occurred and had already sought a solution.  She contacted the manager who came out and we discussed the matter again and as she noted he indicated that he would work on getting it resolved.  A Better way and sometimes not the most comfortable thing for both sides, is to pick a time and location to talk about what occurred so that a business has a chance to implement a solution, whether it's yours or not.  In this case, I didn't really offer a solution directly to the manager (I did in talking to the store clerk but we were bouncing ideas); my point was to bring it to there attention since in this case it's one of those tricky situations that you don't always catch....and lessons for the public, yes, be diligent, but be patient and respectful when bringing information forward.  It goes a long way. 😉

They did not have what was on the menu what i was going to order & service was slow for a waitress. But the table that was sat next to us was asked by a manager if they had been waited on, they said no & a waitress was sent out almost immediately! I find that to be very disappointing! The person or employee member who was a black male that took care of the table next to us. They weren't in their seats 2 minutes before their order was taken. We waited almost 10 minutes before our waitress took our order! Although we had already placed our order but the simple fact is that why does white customers get served first faster & better than other ethnic groups of people? And i was in a sheriff's department uniform on top of all of that & no manager on the floor came to ask if everything was ok!!!!! So you have black employees trained to serve the white people better than their own & others i guess!!!!!

Slowest cracker barrel I've been to.  Party of 3 at 10:30 on a Sunday.  We were told a 15 minute wait.  Seated at 30 minutes. It took about 15 minutes to put out order in and then about an hour for our food to come out.  There were multiple tables that were seated after us and finished eating and gone before we even got our food.  Not worth the hassle at all - we didn't get out of there until after 1pm.  Next time we'll make the drive to the Lakeland location.

I love cracker barrel. My wife and I go about once a month at least it is good old fashioned homemade country food. Love the price as well. Absolutely love shopping a little while waiting to be seated and after dinner

The food is always good and the service is great. The employee's are always nice and polite. It's a little pricey but you get your money's worth in food. One of my favorite restaurants.
