Horrible customer service! I have been there customer since 12 years and this was the first time I went to return something without a receipt and they informed me that I couldn't do that because the policy of returns changed in April which was like 3 months ago... and I told them I was not aware of it and if they could honor me this time. Because I had 3 similar sweaters for my daughter which did not match the dress I had for her. Instead of helping me out the manager was rude and so inconsiderate because he was a young boy. And when I was walking away the manger and the employee said something about me and laughed I had not even walked away yet. And then when i complained to head office they didn't even do anything. I'm shocked at Zara's and their customer service. Just plainly horrible. I will make sure I forward this around!

they didnt have a size so i asked if they could order it for me. the lady that worked in the mens dept said her system was down so id have to go to womans dept to place the order. placed the order and she said id have to pay for it right away... kinda weird, but i said thats fine. placed the order, got no recipet and no email confirmation. my credit card was charged $120, and have no receipt or confirmation. called and waited on hold for 15 minutes and they gave me an 800 number. pretty sad.

I love the clothes, love the store, kind of hate the employees. I don't mind that they don't greet customers; I hate that unnecessary fake stuff and hated it even more when I worked in retail and had to do it. However, one girl working there when I went in yesterday was talking to her boyfriend the whole time (either bluetooth or store walkie, idk, she was just walking around saying "Babe, omg babe") and got visibly irritated when I picked up a shirt and momentarily got in her way of trying one of them on.. in the middle of the store.. while working. Oookay.

Great design on the clothes and affordable. They offer clothes shoes and accessories for men women and kids. Organized and clean. Came early so it's not crowded and the employees are restocking everything a.c. they don't offer too help and all have avoided eye contact. Maybe understaffed or overworked not sure but most don't look happy to be here. In the men section i only saw one employee working and did welcome a couple of people but not so happy either. If you come for the clothes you're on a good place. But if you're looking for service this is not the place for you.
