I love this store! There's so much to choose from and the staff there are very nice and welcoming. Also, the fitting rooms are a little hot so I get a little sweaty when I go into one so I think they should turn on the AC but there is almost always a person by the fitting rooms to help you out. There is also very friendly people that help you find what you need and they help you to recommend sizes to get or maybe where to find something. There are more than just clothes, there are accessories, bags, makeup, hair stuff, phone stuff, and much more! My favorite place tbh💟💟💟

Two stars because I like the store’s set up and the clothing but some extremely rude people. Terrible customer service. I think the manager guy with the glasses is rude and careless. He treated me like a 10 year old when I went to talk to him about a return, he talked down on me and then just walked away and told me to call customer service when he could of helped me himself. It wasn’t even busy, it was a Thursday morning. I was treated like I was an idiot. The cashier Barbara, kind of laughs at you when you’re up there talking to her as she’s ringing you up... I am a respectful person and I try not to argue or complain at all. This is the first review I have ever made and that’s because I’m actually really disappointed. I myself work in retail and no one should ever be treated like they’re ignorant or immature, I get that things can get hectic but please respect customers and the environment surrounding you and I mean this with respect. On the bright side, the lady in the fitting room who’s always there in the mornings is so sweet and treats people kindly.

This location in my opinion is set up very nice visually. The mannequins always are on point and each section is a different style so expect different items throughout the store. The prices aren't too bad either. The clothes have never given me any problems, but if you are afraid of it shrinking, air dry it. Sometimes a lot of good items on sale. This location has men's, plus size, girls, lingerie, accessories, and shoe section in addition to women's. There is a fitting room with about 20 rooms and 9 registers. Don't be alarmed by a long line. There is more than one cashier. One line with multiple cashiers is a quicker wait than if each cashier had its own line. Workers are as helpful as they can be with a crazy, hectic store with a vast amount of product and great amount of businesss compared to other stores.

As of 2017 you now have 30 days to return or exchange. You do need the original receipt and the tag still attached. Final sale items mean FINAL SALE. Online orders, if you want your money back for the items, feel free to send it back with the attached sticker and you do not receive the shipping costs back (:

Worst customer service ever, but I mean what do you expect from a Forever 21. Great clothes & prices, just rude people who don’t even bother to help you.
