Do NOT under any circumstances buy appliances from Sears - absolute and complete garbage. Made the mistake of buying a nice dryer a month ago. It lasted 3 weeks and died. Called Sears repair since it's under warranty and they don't expedite warranty service - another week lost waiting for a guy to come and tell me, "It's broken". Gee, I figured that out myself. Because Sears does even send an actual Sears repair person but rather an independent contractor who has no parts the needed parts need ordered. So now I'm looking at 2 more weeks just for the parts to come in and then I'll still have to schedule another repair visit. Basically the dryer will be broken longer than it worked - complete Kenmore garbage. And I remember when Kenmore meant quality - HA!!! Stay away from Sears - poor quality, poor service, complete garbage!!! Update: To be fair, the local management (Eugene, Oregon) got involved and due to the efforts of the local store manager, and a sales person who helped escalate things, Sears finally did the "right thing" and replaced the defective dryer. However, it should have never gotten this far and the quality issues still exist.

If I could put zero stars I would! I went to sears to pick up an online order that was supposedly ready, I was the first customer in line. It took 1hour and 40 minutes to get what I needed while people after me would come & go. I asked for a manager & there was only one woman by the name of Jessi, I asked her for the manager above her & she said she was the main one. They still took forever to get me my order & to top it off they manipulate the system & do not serve the customer within 5 minutes, that is a joke & I didn't even receive the $5inconvenience fee they say they give if not tended to on time. Horrible horrible experience!! Amazon will definitely be my go to with the way these retail stores run.

Worst costumer service ever!! I have been calling this location for over a year , and they never answer the phone. I had them answer once to put me on hold... and the automated system gave the boot. The store in person is just as bad, seem the remodel in this mall missed this place. Keep your money folks, not worth it.

Very friendly staff here. Store itself is not very busy and you can find help easily. A bit too dark for my taste.

Worst customer service ever! We bought a new stove and refrigerater. It was delivered a week later. I took half the day off to meet the delivery driver. They show up and the guy is a complete a-hole. I start hooking up my own refrigerator because the guy doesn't do it and I notice its all banged up. I called sears immediately and tell them I want a new one. So they make another day 2 weeks later to bring me another one. I take another half day off work and they dont show. The guy eventually calls and says he isn't going to give me the whole fridge just the doors. So i call sears back and tell them and they say no he is to give you a complete new fridge. So they want to set up ANOTHER half day of work that i need to miss to meet the guy. At this point I asked for my money back. They hung up on me. For 3 weeks i called daily. They hung up on me. Now 2 months later I still have 2 refrigerators sitting in my kitchen. I called again today and they sent me to warranty department. Then they sent me to the customer relations department. For hung up on. I'm done. I dont even know where to go with this anymore.
