Cecilia in the shoe department was very helpful and ordered a pair of shoes with a wide width not sold in stores, to be mailed to my home. Also got some great deals on a jacket, pair of jeans and three blouses.

Lucas was very helpful. However, we had to order a pair of shoes three times before they got the right size because a different rep ordered them wrong. When I asked to get my money back, they refused and said they could only do store credit because THEY had applied my money to a store credit to do the exchange. Essentially, they couldn't make right and give me my money back because of a mistake they made. I won't be coming back.

Not sure if they cut back on help, or the new norm is not to do their job. No help, struggled for hours to find what i needed, something that should have taken less than 30 minutes to accomplish.

Asked a question to find an item. 2 employees were looking and I had found the item and they rudely said " geez if you know where it's at then you can have the job". What the hell I didn't deserve that ......stuck up employees

Today would have to be the worst experience I have ever had with Macy’s. The Eugene store is outdated, understaffed and inefficient. The polo shop for men is now non existent and the men’s shoe store is just... sad! I would rather order online than go back to this store. Please remodel and bring some training in your customer service if you have any hope of staying alive in a competitive market!
