I have been shopping at the Springfield location since it first opened and had some of the worst customer service of my life today by assistant manager Randy. I was treated extremely rudely, told I could receive no Kohls Cash for any of my purchases for the rest of the night, which is against store policy, and he would not let my husband use the coupon he had received by mail.  I will be calling the district manager tomorrow and filing a complaint.
