Me & my fiancé absolutely recommend this jeweler! The staff is very knowledgeable and nice. We wanted to make a custom engagement ring, and they made the whole process so easy and fast. The owner even helped us work out a special finance deal. This business is amazing!

I came in yesterday to purchase a tungsten ring for my wedding and the ring looked good and cost $150. But then I came home looked it up on amazon and saw that they go for $18.95. So today my fiancé went to the store to return the ring and they told her they only can do exchange and no refunds which they never mentioned when I was purchasing the ring it only said on the receipt. So now I'm stuck with a over priced ring. Thank you for reading my experience at this store and I hope you make the right decision and go elsewhere.

Best jewelry in town! I recently bought my wedding ring, they traded in my old rings, no problem. They made me the ring I wanted at that moment, beautiful, but I wanted another style at the end,went back without any problem, agreed to change the ring, the only thing they said was "we want you to be happy with your ring." and finally they did, they helped me choose a new one, very patient and helpful, the whole family who works in this jewelry are lovely! I highly recommend this jewelry but do not make make a mistake  is the one in Clackamas TownCenter because unfortunately I  can not say the same of the one in Washington Square, with a similar name.

We have always received the highest service and the friendliest manner from each of the staff. And an excellent price on all our purchases. We love this store.

My husband and I purchased his wedding band here and they took very good care of us.  I then had a ring and my husband had some pearls and Joe's niece had the jeweler put together a pendant and 2 different earrings out of all the stones and pearls.  It is just stunning.  I would have them make more jewelry for me.
