Unable to try anything on because fitting rooms were so packed with clothes. Tried to check out but every register I found was closed with no employees in sight. Left with nothing and will never go back.

This store has seriously gone to crap. Black Friday I come in after work to purchase a palette and stand at the register while a person in front of me was holding up the line. The woman cashier at 930 pm decides to close the register while there is a line. This place must have new management because the store is looking a mess nothing is sanitized or organized. To be honest this hole mall has gone to shet

I have very much noticed the positive change in attitude that I see in JC Penny Fox Valley. It, by far, has the most helpful staff of all four of the major stores in the mall (the other stores being Macy, Carson's, and Sears). Yesterday when I brought my purchases up to the register, the sales lady informed me how I could go online and get a coupon that saved me $20.00. Then while upstairs another sales clerk walked with me around the kitchenware department until we found exactly what I was looking for. And finally towards the end of my shopping another clerk asked me I she could help me find anything. This is not the first time the JC Penny staff has been so helpful - it is one of many. I very much enjoy shopping at that store.
