It's pretty much always a great experience to shop at this store. Today I asked for a refund for a duplicate charge on a receipt from a month ago. I didn't know there is a time limit for a refund and the manager refunded it anyway. It was for $12.50 so it was greatly appreciated. The staff is always smiling!

Easy to navigate. One stop shop for most needs. Got multiple self service checkout lanes that mean faster in and out trips when needed and no waiting in line for cashiers.

Horrible in-store pick-up from my online order. Email stated hours are 8 to 8. Got there at 8:45 and no one would help me. Did shopping and came back at 9:30 and still had to wait and deal with a manager that was less than helpful or pleasant. Will definitely think twice about doing another in-store pick up here.

This store has terrible management. I have had several experiences with the way the managers behave and treat customers that has been unacceptable. Tonight there was an issue that involved a customer attacking a pregnant employee. When I saw the manager interact with the sobbing employee at the front of the store, the manager did not care or say much and then shrugged and walked away while a co-worker decided to call the police. The co-worker stood up for the pregnant employee telling the manager that he needed to take better and more effective action and take care of the safety of the customers and the employee. The manager did nothing. This store has no course of action in dangerous situations. The loss prevention team of the store did not seem to do their job and if it were not for the co-worker, the police may have not have reached the store sooner. I do not feel safe shopping here. I am glad I did not have a child with me. I am extremely unhappy with this store and the managers. Not to mention the poor demeanor of the managers and poor quality of product with smashed boxes.

It's a great store. You can get anything, bread, furniture, clothes, electronics. There is usually a large variety. It has self checkout which is awsome. Friendly staff. There is also online pickup available. Overall a great store. Tons of parking space.
