Great shoes but terrible service! We bought shoes, but the didn't have the right size in stock, so they shipped them home. They delivered the wrong size, I called the store and they told me that I should come to the store to change them. Once I arrived in the store, they again did not have the correct size!!! They promised they would order them and they would be in the store the next day. It took them 5 days and still they didn't have them! In the end I asked my money back because I was so fed up with their bad service! Not friendly at all and not supportive even though they made some mistakes! 

If you want vans shoes, buy them online!! Don't waste your time and money here!!

I went into vans to find some comfortable but stylish work shoes. I found a lot of options, but the pair I chose wasn't in my size. They make great footwear.
