I just went to Jc penny's on Sunday to Buy my dad some shoes Janine in the shoe department was so helpful ! She went repeatedly to the back to help me find sizes and helped me find what I wanted , she also helped me get my pennies worth! Awesome service thank you Janine!

I enjoy shopping at JCPenny.  The people who wait on you are always very friendly and they take their time in showing you what you are thinking of buying (the jewelry department, for example).  I am so glad we have a JCP in our city!

I absolutely love JCPenney! Daughter & I shop at JCP twice a week and buy lots! The sales/clearance in every department are great! I absolutely love the store coupons!! Side note, though, you need more sales clerks and floor attendance! Fitting rooms are a bit messy with clothes on floor, however, these are the Holidays it's to be expected, I suppose--would rather see a tighty store, afterall, JCPENNEYS is known for their classy & clean atmosphere!
