NEVER buy furniture if any part of it is on back order! The delivery for my back order was a disaster. Unlike, the 1st delivery, I could NOT choose a day and time for the delivery. They text me my delivery date/time, which absolutely would not work for me. I tried to change it by calling customer service. I was informed that they could not change my delivery time or date. I would have to cancel my delivery and reschedule 48 hours after the original delivery date. I had to rearrange my entire schedule to accommodate rooms to go. On the delivery day I was supposed to receive my order between 7am-11am but it came at 3:30pm. The delivery guys were supposed to take the loaner bedframe the store issued me to get me through until my backordered bedframe was delivered. The delivery guys forgot to take that with them, which charged me $50 that will not be reimbursed until it is returned. I called to let them know they forgot it within minutes of them leaving. Instead of sending the truck back which was probably 2 blocks away, they made me setup a new appointment 8 days away to pick it up. Of course, I have to rearrange my schedule again to accommodate Rooms to Go. I will NEVER buy furniture that is on back order again! I rather save myself the headache and go somewhere else.

Meet up with Bruce Smolik.was greeted with a friendly matter. Was knowledgeable regarding  my grandaughter bedroom.  Also suggested adding more pieces to the bedroom set and sold me  the best mattress. Even  walked me to credit office and offered me some water. Wonderful sales consultant
Very happy. Thank you Bruce for your time. Will definelty recommend Bruce to all my family and friends

Went to the store and purchased two bar stools.  They had just what I wanted and reasonably priced.  The delivery went as planned on a Friday afternoon.  The sales and delivery people were all courteous and friendly.
