I came in knowing what I wanted-Hyde Park by Aspen Home which needs to be special ordered. I got my bedroom set ordered and financed in less than 45 minutes.  It would've been quicker but I was wandering the store when Jay paged for me. This store had lots of nice furniture and several of my back up choices were available, but I'm happy with my primary choice and willing to wait for the manufacturer to send it out. Jay Villarreal was very helpful, knowledgeable and quick in assisting me. There were several financing options and I was allowed to choose which one to use. I'm glad I came by.

I love my new recliner!. Myra, my salesperson was wonderful. I had a very limited budget but this did not deter her! She found a wonderful recliner for me under budget and my back is soooo thankful. Delivery was prompt and courteous. I will be back at Wilcox as my budget allows!

When I walked through the door, I was greeted with a very kind lady named Carole West.  She spent a lot of valuable time with me and was extremely helpful. I would certainly recommend her to anyone that needs help Furniture shopping. Gloria also was so kind and knowledgeable during the checkout process.

The service was great!  Eric was very helpful and personable. We found exactly what we were looking for and more. It was quick and easy. Our items were in stock and ready to be delivered the next day. Love the online website that tracks your delivery. Stephanie at the counter was also very friendly. We will be back.

Everything went perfectly fine until I received the bakers rack. It is defective. Plus the delivery men left deep scratches in my wood floor. All the other furniture purchases are beautiful and in perfect condition.
