It's a hardware store. Or a grown-up play store. The employees on the floor are friendly and helpful. Now if you're returning something to the store that's a different experience all together. The return staff are either tired of hearing about your return or they just don't like people altogether. Then on top of trying to return anything there's always just one staff member running the counter. There could be 3-4 employees behind the counter but only one working. The rest just ignore you. So buy from there just remember returning is a whole other game.

There were people smoking at the pool and hot tub couldn't breath. The pool was dirty and there was a film of scrum around tile in hot tub. The room had rust spots on door jamb in bathroom, the wallboard was falling apart above the shower. The kitchen floor was sticky on the feet. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The outside was well kept they should have spent more time and money on inside overall stay was okay.

I went online and found what I needed, when I arrived at the store associates did not offer to assist. I did ask one and she pointed in the direction that it could be. Unfortunately I did not see them, the same associate saw that I still was not able to locate the item and still did not offer. My Wi-Fi finally came on and I located it myself. I hesitate to go to this home depot location, although it's closer to my home. If rather go to the furthest one across town port/Ayers. The associates seem to be more helpful...

Typical . Waited for help not to long tho staff was already cutting carpet so we just waited for them to finish order. Then was going to check out at returns since no one was in line ,door greeter said NO , its closed no one is here right now . Hummm i worked same home depot like 5 years ago and we would NEVER have that register closed.
