We were in line waiting to be helped by a female cashier when a male cashier returned to finish assisting a couple.  Two people walked up to his side behind the couple and he told them to get in line behind the people waiting on the other side and he would call customers over in order when he was available.  I loved that he did that.  It is only fair to call the next customer in line especially when someone has been waiting awhile vs. someone who just walks up.  Thank you Pd. for being on point with your customer service and engaging myself and family in a friendly conversation-you are truly a model of what a person working in the customer service field should be! 👌

We have shopped here for forever but it seems that the customer  service continues to go down hill. It's like they purposely  hire unfriendly people who do the bare minimum to help their customers.  You can usually  find good deals but it's almost impossible  to find a helpful  jcpenny  employee!

This store (not JC Penny in general) is a mixed bag. They usually have a good selection, but bad experiences with employees are hard to forget. There are some RUDE workers here, but I've found it to be an opportunity to meet the management and have a friendly discussion about room for customer service improvement. (Much better than arguing or getting upset, which goes without saying.) The managers are professional and mature, and are super happy to help.

Go fast before they deservedly go out of business. No help, don't care, a good company that has fallen on hard times. RIP....

If your looking for swimsuits,dresses,and shorts in the summer this is a good place to go in spring they have some really pretty dresses and also they have good rain coats but be careful and look at your material of cloths before you buy it and in fall the store has Halloween costumes and it's festive they also have black Friday in November but the bad thing is it's on Thanksgiving but if your going be ready to wait in line for more than 30 mins and in winter they have really cozy  jackets ,hats,and gloves and it's usually not that busy in the winter so you'll get to the checkout faster JCPennys is a good store that has all kinds of things shoes ,toys, baby cloths, and furniture they also opened a Sephora inside JCPennys so you can also get makeup in JCPennys hope this was helpful to you 👍😊
