Since this is my only option in clothing in my small town, I visit here often. Staff is always friendly and the store is always packed with merchandise. The only reason I gave is 4 instead of 5 stars is because they've got so much merchandise packed into the store that it's hard to navigate. That being said, you can find some great sales if you're willing to squeeze through those aisles!

I am really disappointed with Belk. I went shopping with online coupons from the corporate website and when I went to check out they did not work, when I asked if a manager could override I was told no and that the coupons just don’t work. I called the corporate number to log a complaint and no one has answered me in two weeks. I went back in to exchange a pair of jeans from Christmas for a different size and they wanted to charge me the price difference because I didn’t have a receipt! It was the same jeans, just a different size! I could see if I was trying to just return them and get money but I was exchanging for the same thing. Now I will have to inconvenience the person who bought the jeans for me to exchange them now. The customer service at Belk has crashed! The sales are still great and the quality of the product they sell is good. Just no customer service. I will drive the extra hour to get the customer service I expect when shopping.

The store is really cluttered for the space. On the bright side, there's a lot of selection for the size of the store. As a male, it's good if you're in a bind and need a tie or dress shirt, quickly. Did that a lot in college considering it's one of the only places in the area that sells name-brand formal wear. I wouldn't shop here regularly.

Great store with good prices for a small town. Staff is usually friendly and helpful.

Not a great selection. The prices are high and the coupons are riddled with exclusions. Better off driving to a better store.
