Not Helpful at All. This was my first time in Kohl's. They had an item I needed that was in stock at this particular Kohl's. I drove to get here, 15-20 staff on hand.. more representatives in the store than customers.. zero.. ZERO came forward to ask if they could help me find anything. I asked 3 representatives about the item, received short answers. "It might be gone", "maybe over there", one even had headphones in, took them out and pointed to the front of the store.

There was a point where I was thinking maybe it's easier to order online and set the delivery to store pick-up and just stand at the front until someone brings the item up. Didn't want to spend my money here so, instead I went to Target. They had the item and all was dandy! First and last time at Kohl's.
