Easy, fast pickup of on-line orders. Goods are nicely laid out, easy to find what you want, even during their big sales. Always reasonable prices, but their sales are amazing!

I would have given the place 5 stars as far as deals and quality of clothing unfortunately one specific employee ruined that. Her lack of customer service or should I just say terrible attitude changed my entire perception and experience. Nandini that works in the jewelry department was so rude I will make sure I avoid the location all together. It is so unfortunate that people have to behave so unprofessionally. Granted I know that retail sales is tough at times and it is very clear it is not the job for her.
