I have been a men's warehouse customer for years down in San Diego and I have never had any complaints... today however, I have never experienced such rude service and horrible customer experience. I went to try on a couple shirts that I had been fitted for that size in the past in the San Diego location...and wanted to see how they fit. The sales people refused to take the pins out (something that has never been a problem in the past in San Diego)... I am not about to spend $500+ On clothing if I am not allowed to try something on. Because of the sales people's rude behavior... I urge others to go to a different location or bring your business elsewhere. 

You just lost a customer that has never had any complaints and takes a lot for me to feel so strongly to write a review. Hire some friendlier people or change how they speak to customers... because today's experience was unacceptable.

Store manager is very aggressive rather than being welcoming and comforting. Overall they took care of the suit.

Rented a tuxedo for a wedding. The fitting step was fine. Picked up and test fit at store where everything looked fine from what I could see in their mirror.   Salesman said everything looked good from the back. 

Upon wearing at wedding someone pointed out that the pants were messed up in the back where I couldn't see. Basically it had an extra full length crease pressed into the pants a couple inches away from the correct crease on one of the pant legs. 

Upon returning the tuxedo to the store, I pointed out this flaw to the salesman.  The response from the salesman was that it was my fault because I didn't catch it when I tried the tuxedo on when I picked it up. 

I was really just expecting an acknowledgement, maybe even an apology. I was not expecting to have the blame immediately shifted to me. 

Bottom line: Poor quality pressing and improper salesman attitudes.
