This is one of those terrible Macy's where the store is split into two buildings, quite far from each other and often you would want to purchase things from both sides. The staff here is very sparse and many departments are sufferings as a result, in cleanliness and organization.

We shopped at Macy's today and we had an awful time. We were mistreated by the employees, stalked as if we were trying to steal clothes though we purchased for 1000 odd dollars. An old woman at the Ralph Lauren counter literally held our bags and walked us out to ensure we won't head back into the store and swung our bags across the theft detector at the entrance. Extremely racist and rude!! Please avoid this store. Do not encourage such disgusting behavior.

I'm giving 1 star because of the horrible customer service and long wait lines that take forever. I was shopping the petite section on the third floor last weekend. I had to return some things, so after getting in line, it took over 15 minutes for the two employees to check out three people! After completing the return, I decided to shop a bit. After a little while, I noticed I was getting close to my hair appointment time, so I went to get back in line with my items. Well, naturally, the line was a mile long, and I didn't have time for another long wait. I asked the lady to hold my clothes. She got an attitude and told me she had a line to take care of. I decided to hide the clothes on a rack, leave, then come back after my hair appointment, which I did. The same lady was there, and she still had an attitude. You would think she hated her job with the way she acted. She never asked how I was, never told me thank you, have a nice day, nothing! This seems to be the attitude of a few employees there. It happens quite often when I shop there.

We bought a rug and it turned a headache to us, we had to call them for delivery servral times they would forget to deliver it, bad service will never buy anything from MECYS.

Bought suit online and it was a bit to big. I called to verify that they had my size or not. Good Luck trying to get someone on the phone. I tried 5 different departments and not one answered.
