Surprised with the sales going on. I saved lots of money today. I frequent this place for good deals on quality clothing. They have literally everything you could ever need for any occasion when it comes to clothing. As well as plenty of household items to choose from. When ever I need a shirt or pants or anything of that nature I always come to JCpennys.

My hair was a mess and it's a huge job. Clarissa is who did hair today and she was amazing. Took her time, very friendly, and extremely helpful. Thanks Clarissa.

Very rude customer service. I wanted to exchange my 4yr old daughter's sweater that she got as a gift from a size 5t to a 6t and the ladies at the front registers told me that it was going to be impossible without a receipt. They were even giggling at me for whatever reason. It was a gift and I never received a reciept. I wanted the same sweater just a bigger size. I was so upset that I left and decided that I would do all my shopping somewhere else. I was planning on spending a good amount of money in this store after I exchanged the sweater. So disappointed that I was treated this way.

I really liked this place but it takes that one rude employee to ruin it all. Yesterday, 12/29/2017 @ 4:20 pm, I was going to buy a top I wanted. I was getting in line but the front register line was too long and I was in a rush to get in and out. I decided to go to the register in the shoe department. Naturally I will ask people if they're in line because l'm not going to be rude and take the spot of someone else who was patiently waiting. When I had asked a woman if she was in line, I'm guessing she didn't hear me because she didn't look at me, so I was trying to get her attention by saying "excuse me" to the woman. I believe the woman behind the register heard because she had gotten my attention by saying to me, in a very rude manner and an attitude to her voice, "excuse me! This register is closed." I don't mind an employee telling me the register is closed, I have no problem coming back another day to buy what I want. I usually thank the employee for notifying me because of how nice and politely they tell me. But this woman must've thought I was stupid. Let me remind everyone that this particular register does not have an indication of letting a customer know if it's opened or closed. She did not have to be rude about telling me. If she was having a bad day, she did not need to take her anger and frustration out on a customer. That is unprofessional. My first impression of this woman is she does not belong in customer service. Thank you to the other JC Penny employees for always being kind but I will be taking my purchases elsewhere.

Jul at the watch counter is awesome...i chose a citizen eco drive watch yesterday and he was super helpful and today i returned and he sized it for my mister. the store is very clean and organized snd the staff is nice
