Went through their express checkout, the credit card machine locked up. Three staff tried to get the handheld machine functioning and could not. They assured us that the charge would not go through and told us it might show a temporary hold but would be released before fully charged. They used a second handheld to run the charge. They said if there were any problems to just call but assured us it would be fine. Both charges fully cleared the bank. When I called the store, they wanted me to come in to show them my bank statement and my receipt. When I asked if there was anything they could do via phone, he looked up our credit card number and assured me I was only charged once and there was nothing to be done. I now have to dispute the charge with my bank. I will not be shopping at Nordstrom Rack Phx/Arcadia again.

Very courteous employees. I went in to get a suit tailored, and was assisted quickly. Very pleasant experience.

The worst customer service with alterations. The alteration guy Lee was finding every possible way to get out of the job. The manager (female) supported him and refused to understand my situation. She just kept repeating the same exact thing over and over again. The item was an online order and was sent to me damaged with a rip by the collar. This was supposed to be a gift and I needed it asap. They did absolutely nothing to take the opportunity to fix their own wrong doing for sending me a damaged item in the first place. Disappointed in you Nordstrom Rack.

Great place to shop & good prices. i really like this place and continue to shop here. one of the managers, jamie, is why i gave this place 3 stars. i needed to return something and i had the receipt. it was past the 90 days on the receipt and she said she WOULD allow me to return it still. after 5 minutes of pushing buttons on the register, she changed her mind and told me she can NOT accept the return anymore. the district manager ended up approving my return.
