HORRIBLE dillards location. Please do not shop at this location. I got hired a year back and it still haunts me to this day. I got hired in the accessories department and they asked all the trainees to go back into the stocking and handle the big huge boxes. So I went to the office and said I'm pregnant so I don't feel comfortable lifting boxes, is there anything else I could do? Next thing I know the woman manager and the accessories supervisor pulled me into the office and told me it's just not working out and fired me on the spot.BECAUSE I WAS PREGNANT. HORRIBLE people and service. So much prejudice and discrimination it makes me sick. I started crying asking if they could give me a chance and they refused. I couldn't even believe it. Don't support this place.

Personal service. That's what's missing in most places nowadays but not here. I spent two hours looking for a bathing suit because I'm picky and this lovely sales person ran around grabbing things for me off the rack and helped me figure out what looked good. She was wonderful. Also, the quality of clothing is superior and the selection of bathing suits was enormous and beautiful. they have really good sales so it's possible to shop there even if you're not rich. Highly recommended.

I'm writing this review specifically for Levi from Chanel cosmetics; he is WONDERFUL! I've never been to Dillard's or purchased Chanel cosmetics prior to today. I came in because I was out of foundation; Dillard's is closer to me than Nordstrom and has a MAC counter (I've used their products exclusively for the past 6 years) . On my way to the MAC counter Levi was the ONLY associate working in Dillard's to acknowledge me and offer help. When I got to the MAC counter the associate was busy and had clients waiting, so I turned around and went back to Levi. The sole reason I went back to him was his customer service; I didn't even notice what brand he worked for and didn't care. I chose to purchase from him because customer service is important to me. Rather than leaving with one foundation, I left with two foundations, primer, bronzer, and mascara. He earned the up-sale by watching me peruse products and asking me about my needs associated with the products and offering recommendations based on my feedback. I couldn't ask for better service.

Both sales clerks in the purse department pointed out to me that the purse I was looking at wasn't on sale. They made me feel as if I  couldn't possibly have enough money to purchase the bag. I did end up buying the purse, but was very disappointed with the customer service.
