JC Penny has quickly become the go to for big and tall clothing. A nice selection of formal, dress and casual makes it easy to buy a wide selection. Store is well kept and most items are where they belong.

Overall the Store is very clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The path through the clothing sections could be a little wider. Plenty of parking.

It seems to me that most retail stores are carrying an extreme amount of merchandise. JCPenney is not an exception. Long line at checkout, the lady at the register was friendly.

Does anybody work there? I roamed the entire store for over 17 minutes and could not find any " associates" on the sale floor to ask a question. Friday Jan 5 about 2 pm. I was not going to wait in a check out line just to ask where to find some specific merchandise that I searched for but could not find.

The Sephora store was great. I'm not a makeup person at all but my daughter who is six loves to play with it. We got stuck in the store for over an hour so to the rain and this girl gave my daughter a "makeover" I'm sorry I forget her name but she was absolutely amazing. This JC Penny store however is very disorganized and cluttered. Never once have the employees said hello or if I was okay they just stare and or walk by.
