I was on the hunt for a specific piece for my suit. I went to another Macy's location, and was greeted with bitter disappointment. I was connected with Margaret at this location's suit department. She managed to turn my shopping experience around by going above & beyond! Margaret not only found and held the items I was looking for, she also helped make sure I did not overpay and treated me with so much kindness. She also added me to her list & took notes on what I generally look for so she can contact me when appropriate sales happen. Almost everyone in this location is super friendly & helpful. Honestly I was ready to write Macy's off until Margaret rescued the situation. I won't be going to another Macy's in Orlando again.

We left a sunglasses at the fitness room during the night and we came back first thing in the morning to verify if someone found it. The lady who was working in the section kindly called the lady from the night who said that she found it and put it on the cashier draw. However, we look all over and it was not there anymore. We went to talk to lost and found but the lady was very impolite and rude. She said that they are not responsible for itens left at the store. I believe we have an issue much bigger than something left on the store. It would be nice to watch the cameras and show some interest to our concern.

I tried to return 2 Christmas dresses this morning around 10am at millennia mall, Orlando. The lady name Virginia was rude! Today’s December 17, 2017; she worked at 3rd floor boys’ department. She was unwilling to do the return for me. I had my receipt with me and I presented in the first hand. Then I asked her, “looks like you had a bad day?” Virginia replied, “no back to me.” And then I bought up do we need to get your manager for my return. As soon as I mentioned that, she starts the return process very fast. As a result, I got my return back, of course. People like Virginia needs to show respect for customer and motivate on her job. What a rude person! Period!

Great Macy's location with friendly and helpful staff. There is a wide selection of clothes, jewelry, shoes, housewares and more. They do an excellent job keeping the store clean and organized.

The WORST matress buying experience EVER!! Its like this, they take your money and you will never hear from the again (even after you call a million times). They make all of this promises, like early shipping (and they never get back to you) so you need to find your own shipping dates, like if you have any problems call them (they will never get back to you) If you need to exchange the item BE AWARE of all the fees that you have to pay (as well as to pay for the item again and get your reimbursement between 7-14 business day) Also, make sure you READ, READ, READ EVERYTHING (thats was customer service said, you have to read the fine print) Well, I made the costly mistake of trusting the sales lady. They are very DISHONEST! Never in a million years would I had expected this from Macys and their team. I bought A new mattres in December at the Macys on Millenia Mall and the box its simply to high (I cant even get on it) so, I wanted to exchange it for low profile and upgrade to a king size bed. I called the store and my sales lady at least a 100 times and NEVER heard back from anyone. I finally call customer service and was told that I would have to pay a fee of 15% for the exchange and pay for the new mattress and I would get debited back between 7-14 business days. When I told my customer service rep that I was not aware of the 15% fees she said "you always have to read" "its right on your receipt" and she is absolutly right I made the mistake of not reading and trusting the sales person when she went over everything. Very DISHONEST!!!!
