I love shopping at this Macy's department store. They have quality products and good customer service. Their employees are friendly, helpful and don't try to pressure me into buying anything. Every department I've walked through is clean and organized, including their bathrooms. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a good selection of clothing, jewelry, frangrances, shoes and more.

LOVE Macy's store and discounts, but wasn't pleased with my wedding registry experience that's until I had the pleasure of meeting Diane. After a nightmare of an experience ordering online, Diane more than compensated the future Mr & I to make us want to keep our registry here!!! Outstanding customer service is what she provided, which is rare this day in age. Diane does not stop until she has done all possible to correct a bad situation and I sincerely can't thank her enough. I leave with a lasting great experience thanks to Diane and the regional manager!
